{"id":13013,"date":"2021-07-05T13:25:01","date_gmt":"2021-07-05T18:25:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/a3noticias.com.mx\/sandbox\/?p=13013"},"modified":"2021-07-05T13:25:04","modified_gmt":"2021-07-05T18:25:04","slug":"yosstop-es-vinculada-a-proceso-por-pornografia-infantil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/a3noticias.com.mx\/sandbox\/2021\/07\/05\/yosstop-es-vinculada-a-proceso-por-pornografia-infantil\/","title":{"rendered":"YosStop es vinculada a proceso por pornograf\u00eda infantil."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Este lunes, se llev\u00f3 a cabo una audiencia en la que un juez del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, vincul\u00f3 a proceso a Yoselinne \u201cN, popularmente conocida como YosStop, por el delito de pornograf\u00eda infantil, motivo por el cual se mantendr\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva en Santa Martha Acatitla, pues el juez subestim\u00f3 las pruebas aportadas para la defensa de la <em>influencer<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Fiscal\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n de Delitos Sexuales manifest\u00f3 la culpabilidad de YosStop, tras las pruebas presentadas el juez decidi\u00f3 vincularla a proceso, confirmando tambi\u00e9n la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa al tratarse de un delito grave y dio un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por el delito en agravio de la menor de edad, Ainara Su\u00e1rez, YosStop podr\u00eda pasar hasta 14 a\u00f1os en prisi\u00f3n.
