El Fiscal General del Estado, Alejandro Echeverr\u00eda Cornejo, inform\u00f3 que el secretario de Gobierno de Huimilpan, Juan Nava Cruz, present\u00f3 una denuncia en contra de los habitantes del municipio que lo amarraron y pasearon en la plaza principal, durante la manifestaci\u00f3n para exigir justicia por el caso de Daniel Franco Miranda, quien muri\u00f3 a manos de polic\u00edas municipales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Detall\u00f3 que los delitos por los que se les investigan a los habitantes de Huimilpan involucran son privaci\u00f3n ilegal de la libertad, delitos en contra de servidores p\u00fablicos en ejercicio de sus funciones y mot\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los polic\u00edas no fueron presentados por el alcalde de Huimilpan, Juan Guzm\u00e1n, y que la fiscal\u00eda realiz\u00f3 diversos cateos sin que pudieran localizarlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
